Save 20s replay, laser pointer options

With the v0.19 update we can now save a 20s replay, or a snapshot of the current state. Those files get saved to your desktop. This is great when filing a bug: save the replay and share it so I can directly reproduce the bug (then it's easier to fix).

Also added options for the laser pointer (VR only), it determines how far you need to press the trigger before the laser pointer is visible.
